RETURN, REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Custom-made wheels
All Aventador Wheels are made to order and manufactured specifically for the customer’s vehicle and selected specifications. This may include wheel size, width, bolt pattern (PCD), offset (ET), centre bore and finish.
Because the wheels are manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications and are clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.
We therefore do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind when the wheels have been manufactured correctly and correspond with the confirmed order.
Order cancellations
Production may begin shortly after an order has been confirmed.
Cancellation requests must be submitted immediately by contacting post@aventadorwheels.com. Any cancellation before delivery will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law. Aventador Wheels reserves the right to claim or deduct documented costs and losses already incurred in connection with the order, to the extent permitted by law.
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
This policy does not limit the customer’s statutory rights if the wheels:
• are damaged upon delivery
• are defective
• have been manufactured with incorrect specifications
• do not correspond with the confirmed order
If you discover an issue, please contact post@aventadorwheels.com as soon as reasonably possible and include:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photographs or video
• photographs of the packaging if the goods were damaged during transport
Do not mount or use the wheels if damage or incorrect specifications are visible before installation.
After assessing the claim, Aventador Wheels will arrange repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where required by applicable consumer law. Reasonable return costs for an accepted claim involving defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods will be covered by Aventador Wheels.
