01

FITMENT & SPECIFICATIONS

Built around your vehicle.

How do you confirm that the wheels will fit my car?

We review the exact vehicle model, model year, version, brake package, bolt pattern (PCD), centre bore, offsets, widths and required load rating before production. We may contact you for additional vehicle information if anything needs to be confirmed.

Are Aventador Wheels universal-fit wheels?

No. Our fully forged wheels are manufactured to a vehicle-specific specification. PCD, centre bore, offset and load rating are selected for the intended vehicle rather than relying on universal compromises such as adapter rings or spacers.

What vehicle information should I provide?

Provide the make, model, model year and exact version. For performance vehicles, include the brake package or trim level. Registration or VIN information can also be useful where available. Tell us about suspension changes or unusually large brakes before ordering.

Can you supply staggered and Centerlock configurations?

Yes, where technically suitable. Staggered front and rear widths, custom offsets and Centerlock configurations can be produced after the vehicle specification has been reviewed.

What load rating do the wheels have?

The standard target is up to 1,000 kg per wheel for many designs, but the required rating is adjusted to the vehicle, wheel size and design. The final approved specification governs the load rating for your order.

02

PRODUCTION & FINISHES

Made to order with precision.

What are the wheels made from?

Aventador fully forged wheels are CNC-machined from high-grade 6061-T6 aluminium. The objective is high strength, reduced mass and precise vehicle-specific fitment.

How long does production take?

Estimated production is normally 30–45 days after the specification and payment are confirmed. This is an estimate and is separate from carrier transit time. Complex finishes, technical revisions or seasonal capacity can affect the schedule.

Can I choose a custom finish?

Yes. Available finishes depend on the design and production process. Colour references and visual samples are indicative because lighting, screens and production batches can affect how a finish appears.

Will I approve the specification before production?

Where additional confirmation is needed, we will verify the relevant technical details before production begins. It is important that the vehicle information and any requested changes are accurate at that stage.

03

SHIPPING & IMPORT

Worldwide delivery, clearly explained.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Orders are dispatched internationally after production and quality control. Carrier availability, transit time and final delivery options depend on the destination country and address.

Are import VAT and customs duties included?

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Import VAT, customs duties, anti-dumping duties where applicable, customs brokerage and clearance fees are not included and are payable by the customer.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is sent after the carrier has collected and registered the shipment. Tracking may take time to update after the label is created or while the shipment is moving between hubs or through customs.

What should I do if the shipment arrives damaged?

Inspect the packaging before accepting delivery. Record visible damage with the carrier, photograph the packaging, shipping labels, internal protection and affected wheel, retain all packaging and contact us as soon as possible before installation.

04

ORDERS, CHANGES & RETURNS

Know the process before production.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately. Changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins, but cannot be guaranteed once materials, machining or finishing have been committed. Additional costs may apply to approved changes.

Can made-to-order wheels be returned?

Vehicle-specific, made-to-order products are generally not eligible for a standard change-of-mind return. This does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to defective or incorrectly supplied goods. Review the Returns & Cancellations policy before ordering.

Can I change the delivery address?

Contact us before dispatch. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after the carrier has collected the shipment, and the carrier may charge additional fees or require identity verification.

SUPPORT & DEALERS

Real support for technical products.

How do I contact you about an existing order?

Use the Contact Us form and select the relevant enquiry type. Include your order number, destination country and a concise description so the team can review the correct order quickly.

Do you work with dealers and automotive businesses?

Yes. Dealers, workshops and automotive businesses can contact us through the dealer enquiry option. Include your company name, country, sales channels and expected product focus.

Are visualisations exact representations of the final result?

Visualisations are intended to help assess style and overall appearance. They are illustrative and should not be treated as an exact representation of wheel size, colour, concavity, vehicle ride height or final production finish.
