DELIVERY

Worldwide shipping, arranged for your destination.

Orders are dispatched directly from our production facility once manufacturing and quality control are complete. Transit time varies by destination, carrier availability, customs processing and whether the delivery address is in a remote area.

The 30–45 days production estimate is separate from carrier transit time. We will provide tracking details after dispatch.

IMPORT COSTS

Delivered Duty Unpaid.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, orders are shipped DDU. Import VAT, customs duties, anti-dumping duties where applicable, customs brokerage and clearance fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are payable by the customer.

TRACKING

Track your shipment after dispatch.

Tracking is sent to the email address used for the order when the carrier has collected and registered the shipment. Tracking activity can take time to appear after the label is created.

FITMENT CONTROL

Vehicle-specific data is verified first.

Because our wheels are manufactured to order, accurate vehicle information is essential. We may contact you to confirm the exact model, model year, brake package, axle load or other technical details before production starts.

DELIVERY INSPECTION

Inspect the shipment on arrival.

Check the packaging before accepting delivery. If there is visible damage, record it with the carrier, take clear photographs and contact us as soon as possible. Keep all packaging until the case has been reviewed.

IMPORTANT

Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Customs inspections, public holidays, weather, carrier congestion, address issues and events outside our control can affect delivery. We will assist with available tracking information, but customs authorities and carriers control the final clearance and delivery process.

When will my order be dispatched?

Each set is made to order. Estimated production is 30–45 days, followed by final quality control and carrier collection. You will receive tracking after dispatch.

Are import VAT and customs duties included?

No, unless your order confirmation explicitly states otherwise. Orders are normally shipped DDU, which means local import VAT, customs duties, anti-dumping duties where applicable, brokerage and clearance fees are paid by the customer.

Can I change the delivery address?

Contact us immediately. Address changes may be possible before dispatch, but cannot be guaranteed after the carrier has collected the shipment. Additional carrier charges may apply.

What should I do if the shipment arrives damaged?

Photograph the outer packaging, shipping labels, internal protection and affected wheel before installation. Note visible damage with the carrier, retain all packaging and contact our team as soon as possible.

Why has my tracking not updated?

Tracking can remain unchanged while a shipment is waiting for its first carrier scan, moving between hubs or undergoing customs processing. Contact us if there has been no movement for an unusual period.
