Warranty:

We offer a 2-year surface warranty on all our alloy wheels, provided they are not mishandled, involved in collisions, or affected by stone chips or similar. The warranty period is valid for 24 months from our invoice date. Please note that the warranty ceases in the case of curb damage.

Personal Information:

We process personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information is not shared with other businesses and is in compliance with PayPal's regulations.

Payment:

We exclusively accept payment via PayPal on our online store. The transaction occurs through a secure connection, and all information is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

Prices:

All prices in the online store are listed in dollars and are exclusive of value-added tax (VAT). Please be aware that VAT costs may apply additionally, depending on the rules in your country. 

Reservations:

We reserve the right for any potential typographical errors regarding the price and information about goods/services on our website. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries. We aim to provide you with an optimal experience and a successful transaction!

Sales and Delivery Conditions:

Order Processing: We handle your orders within 24 hours, and products are typically dispatched after 30-35 days.

Delivery and Shipping: Our products are shipped from our main warehouse in Taiwan and usually delivered within 45 days. Prices exclude VAT.

Return Procedures:

Cancellation: It is not possible to cancel if the products are in production, as all our wheels are custom-made. Therefore, no return right applies.

Complaints: Report any defects in writing within a reasonable time. Clear pictures and information are required for complaints. The regulations can be found in the Consumer Purchase Act.

Right of Withdrawal: There is no right of withdrawal for custom-made items. All our wheels are custom-made.
